Closer to the real profiles.
Based on page 4 of the supplied 163 manual:
- 120 × 120 × 1.5 mm hollow post profile
- 152 × 90 × 1.5 mm beam with an integral gutter
- Double-wall louvre profile, nominally 163 × 35.3 × 1.25 mm
The section drawing labels the blade width 163.5 mm while the caption says 163 mm. This difference needs confirmation. The candidate follows the drawing width for visualisation.
No rivet, bolt or anchor pattern has been added without a confirmed assembly reference. Blade count, end details and joints remain illustrative.
